September 2026 · New look
A calmer design and a faster start
A redesign focused on the first minute: a new look and icon, a clearer tab bar, and a first run that gets you to your plan on one screen.
- New design and app icon, with a simpler tab bar: Today, Food, Training, Progress
- Get your plan in under a minute: answer a few questions on one screen and see your calories, macros and training week
- Better training plans: gym users get barbell and dumbbell exercises, sessions change through the week, and full-body days have a rest day in between
- Keto-friendly macros and more sensible protein targets for larger bodies
- Calorie and macro goals you set yourself are kept when you update your profile
- One + button to scan or search a meal
- Health info is one tap away on every main screen
- Fixed: the weight chart trend, the weekly workout count, and the calorie widget after midnight
October 2026 · Voice + Recipes
Log by voice, and cook with your own recipes
Two new ways to log what you eat, both built on the same idea: say or paste what you ate, check the result, and save it.
- Voice logging: say "two eggs and toast with butter", check the foods it found, and log them. Speech recognition is Apple's; the text is then estimated by Google Gemini. You always confirm before anything is logged
- Recipe builder (Pro): combine ingredients into a recipe with calories and macros per serving, and log a portion in one tap
- Recipe import: paste a recipe and get the ingredients and macros per serving to review before you save it
- Type the real amount in grams or ml and the nutrition follows; daily fiber on Today
- A warmer, more consistent design on every screen, plus fixes to barcode scaling, small amounts, streaks, keto macros and the data export
October 2026 · Meal Plan
Plan your week, in a calmer app
A week of meals that fits your calories and protein, with the grocery list done for you. Your first plan is free.
- Weekly meal plans: choose the days and meals, what to avoid and how many people you cook for, and get a plan that fits your calories and protein. Plans are AI-generated estimates: check ingredients and labels yourself, especially for allergies
- A grocery list sorted by aisle, and one tap to log a planned meal
- Your first plan is free; with Pro, make new plans anytime, swap a meal, redo a day and share the list
- Share your week as an image
- Recipes (Pro) can now be imported from a link
- A quicker start: three setup screens, a free week plan right from Today, and meal reminders if you want them
- Today shows the number that matters: calories left, with protein, carbs, fat and fiber. Simpler Food, Training and Progress screens
- Fixed: the app could close when you started a workout after your training plan was rebuilt
Later · Training
Smarter workouts
The next feature release is about training. Planned; details can change.
- Next-set targets: suggested weights and reps from your last workout, ready to edit
- Food targets that follow your training days
- More exercises, with a swap button when a machine is busy
- Spoken cues and a rest timer that keep working with the screen locked
No date · Under consideration
What we may build after that
Ideas, not promises. No dates.
- More home screen widgets and weekly reports (Pro)
- Apple Watch app
- Meal plans with a weekly budget and estimated prices
- A family plan with shared meal plans and grocery lists
